Return Policy

At Locksmore, we want you to shop with confidence. We accept items for exchange or return for full credit within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless you received an incorrect or defective item.

  • Returned items must meet our return policy requirements. Locksmore reserves the right to deny a refund if merchandise is not returned in acceptable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

These items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

Price Adjustments

If an item purchased at full price is marked down within 7 days of your receipt date, we will honor a price adjustment upon request with your original receipt.

Return Conditions
A credit will be issued for the purchase price of the returned or exchanged item, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging

  • A copy of the packing slip or purchase receipt is included

Return Shipping

Please send your return or exchange using a traceable shipping method such as Aramex, DHL, or Emirates Post. Be sure to keep your return tracking number until your refund is processed.

  • Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The customer is also responsible for shipping fees on any packages that are returned as undeliverable or bounced.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will apply your refund to the original payment method within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
Please note: Banks and card issuers may require additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.
